1. In this Agreement the terms
(a) An image or picture represents the digital form, unless otherwise stated. Negatives, raw files, drawings and textures are copyrighted to two-d photography.
(b) Images, artwork or any other graphical content ont his website or corresponding documentation, mailouts, emails or publishing materials may not be reproduced without consent form two-d photography.

(c) A client is a band, group, person, company, individual or organisation who seeks the services or products of two-d photography/Daniel Davies.

(d) A product represents a physical printed image, digital files, online imagery, and/or all corresponding materials outlined in the project brief.
2.
(a) The entire copyright in the pictures is retained by two-D photography and Daniel Davies, at all times throughout the world.
(b) two-d photography and Daniel Davies respectively, hold full copyright to original photogrpahy ideas, technical and artistic distribution or any given project, unless otherwise agreed.
(c) Daniel Davies is identified as the author of the work and can credit all work produced should he so desire, in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
3.
(a) All images, design, graphics and artwork may only be used for the purposes agreed prior to project commencing, unless otherwise agreed.
(b) Reproduction rights are not issued exclusively to the Client except when specified on the invoice.
(c) No picture, image, design, texture or artwork may be submitted or loaned to any third party unless otherwise agreed.

(d) None of the above may be edited or changed in any way for any purpose, without written permission from two-d photography or Daniel Davies.

(e) two-d photography and Daniel Davies reserve the right absolutely to reject bookings, work, commissions, or projects without reason.

(f) If any work is to be used in any publication, magazine, online advertisement, television, film or video - or any other public media not mentioned, two-d photography/Daniel Davies must be informed by writing, prior to distribution.

4.

(a) Once a booking has been agreed, should it be cancelled after a 24 hour period, 50% of the agreed booking fee shall still be charged due to potential loss of business. If the client cancels within the five days prior to the booking date 100% of the fee will be owed.

(b) The client will also pay for any additional fees, transport or equipment hire fees also incurred - but this will be outlined in the quote.

(c) All invoices outstanding must be finalised within two weeks of completition of the agreed service, booking or product.

(d) 25% of the total invoice amount must be paid and cleared in the 24 hours prior to booking, or commencement of any specific project outlined in the project brief.

(e) A fee of 20 GBP will be added to the invoice amount for every reminder for payment delivered in writing including duplicate invoices, phone calls, emails and/or printed documentation.

(f) Payment should be made to Daniel Davies. BACS details will be included on all invoices. Proof of postage is not considered proof of receipt.

5.

(a) two-d photography and Daniel Davies reserve the right to change prices, tarrifs and services at any time without prior notification.

(b) two-d photography/Daniel Davies witholds the right to cancel any appointment, meeting, project, booking or event with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
