Midlands Wedding at Plum Park Manor

The Perfect Backdrop

If you’ve never been to Plum Park Manor, you’re missing out. This Victorian manor house sits on the border of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, surrounded by the kind of gardens that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a period drama.

The venue recently had some lush renovations, blending its history with stunning modern touches. It’s got all the right vibes for a proper countryside wedding.

One of our favourite features at this Midlands wedding at Plum Park Manor is the ceremony room, which can seat up to 120 guests. It’s filled with natural light and has a timeless style that sets the tone brilliantly for a wedding.

Alice and Karl’s ceremony was intimate and emotional, made all the more memorable by the space at this venue. The Manor’s exclusive use policy also meant the entire day felt wonderfully private – just the couple and their guests.

The reception spaces are just as impressive. Whether it’s the formal dining areas or the open marquee options, Plum Park Manor has everything you need for a celebration that’s both stylish and fun.

Oh, and let’s not forget the eight individually styled bedrooms. It’s the little touches like this that make it such a unique spot for a wedding!

Wedding Day Highlights

Alice and Karl’s Midlands wedding at Plum Park Manor was a perfect reflection of their personalities – warm, laid-back, and full of life!

The day started with a buzz of excitement as everyone got ready. Alice looked incredible in her gown from Lotte Rose Bridal, a boutique that specialises in modern yet classic bridal styles. Her dress was sleek, stylish, and completely her.

Lauren Humphrey worked her magic with hair and makeup, creating a look that was timeless and stylish.

Karl, not to be outdone, looked sharp in his bespoke suit from Souster and Hicks. We were super impressed by their tailoring, and Karl’s suit was no exception – the perfect mix of classic and modern.

The ceremony was a tear-jerker in the best way. Watching Alice and Karl exchange vows in front of their friends and family was such a privilege, and the love in the room was palpable.

After the ceremony, the couple’s drinks reception kicked off in style with a bit of miniature golf, courtesy of Miniature Country Club. Honestly, what a brilliant idea – it added a playful, unexpected twist to the day, and the guests loved it.

The reception was a proper party. Dean Leavy, a magician, kept everyone entertained with his incredible tricks, leaving jaws on the floor.

There was also a chocolate fountain (yes, please) from Chocolatier Fountains, which was a massive hit. We don’t know why these aren’t at every wedding because they’re such a fun and tasty addition!

The evening vibes were electric, thanks to The Hotshots. This band knows how to get a crowd going, and their setlist had everyone on their feet.

The dance floor was packed all night, with Alice and Karl leading the way. Their first dance was such a sweet moment – you could see how much they adore each other.
