CLASSY Woburn Sculpture Gallery Wedding – Emma & Danny

CLASSIC WHITE ‘FLORALS GALORE’ WOBURN SCULPTURE GALLERY WEDDING

Emma and Danny opted for a spectacular Woburn Sculpture Gallery Wedding last summer. The Sculpture Gallery is a stunning venue in Woburn, Bedfordshire – And the home of the duke! They had their ceremony at St. Mary’s catholic church, which is a beautiful intimate setting. It was a gorgeous day and even the weather played ball!

Getting ready

Emma got ready half at the salon, half at her parents house with her bridesmaids, flower girls, page boy and parents, and the atmosphere was so energetic. The room Emma got ready in was dressed with wedding flowers, romantic peony wallpaper and the most stunning white textured fabrics – Especially for the wedding. She then jumped into a vintage car with her dad to get to the ceremony. The vicar stood outside patiently waiting for Emma to arrive alongside her bridesmaids who got there shortly before her and her dad. There were a few tense moments of nerves and utter excitement before going in, for sure! Danny got ready FIELD EMPTY with his groomsmen and son. The boys travelled to the ceremony on foot.

The ceremony

The ceremony was a beautiful service in their local church in Woburn Sands, not far from the Woburn Sculpture Gallery wedding. Inside, the walls are adorned with the most gorgeous shade of pink, and deep wooden pews. During the ceremony they had several beautiful readings from friends and family. It was such a personal service and a real tear-jerker.

The afternoon

The reception was in the main hall at Woburn Sculpture Gallery. They chose the venue because it’s where they always wanted to have their wedding and they just fell in love with it. It was a classic white wedding, which was just awe inspiring with so many white florals and suspended candles. I love shooting Woburn Sculpture Gallery weddings because the grounds are just incredible. We’re recommended suppliers at Woburn Sculpture Gallery and have been for a long time now – We feel like part of the family now and we’re always on the lookout for new nooks and crannies to take our couples to. Its never ending!

They had drinks and canapes in the afternoon, and a dj in the evening. They decorated the venue with flowers and personalised drawings by Emma’s brother, because they wanted to keep it simple. We’re huge fans of floral displays, and with a venue as grand as woburn, intricate, textured florals like the ones curated by Lorraine are just perfect for it.

For dinner they served a slap up meal, which was absolutely delicious. Easily one of the best venues in the area for wedding food, thats for sure. The first dance was traditional italian, with streamers, colours, and involvement from all around them, and they finished off the evening with a sparkler exit.

The couple

Emma wore a stunning long sleeved dress from the award-winning Morgan Davies store and Danny wore a tux, and they looked so dapper. Emma’s shoes were by Dolce and Gabbana, made in Italy of course, and Danny’s suit was custom made to keep from Souster and Hicks. These two have some serious understated style and we thought they just looked awesome – We still can’t get over the detail on Emma’s dress!

Emma and Danny’s wedding was just the happiest occasion and so laid back. Here’s their epic wedding!
