Crockwell Farm is an absolute dream for weddings. With its cosy 17th-century oak-beamed barn, lovely gardens, and gorgeous South Northamptonshire countryside views, it’s got a vibe that’s hard to beat.
Now, we HAVE to talk about Sam and Tom’s golden retriever puppy. This little furball was not just a guest but a star of the day! He was waiting and ready straight after the ceremony to greet everyone with tail wags, this lil’ pup melted hearts left, right, and centre. And we lost Sarah for a bit.

Wedding Dog-Sitter
Wedding Tails, a fantastic dog-sitting service recommended by the venue, was on hand to make sure the furry VIP was happy, well cared for, and present for all the key moments. It was pretty hot to be fair, but they had cooling mats, water, and were troopers hunting our shade constantly. Honestly, this pup deserves an award for being the cutest show-stealer ever.
Mini Golf Course
They even included a mini golf course from Par-Tee Events, which was an absolute hit with their guests. It was brilliant seeing people get competitive with a putter in one hand and a glass of fizz in the other.
Entertainment
The soundtrack of the day was absolutely top-notch, thanks to the brilliant duo Lazy Marmalade. Don’t let the fact that they’re just two people fool you as these two legends delivered a sound that could rival a full four-piece band.
From the ceremony to the evening party, they had everyone dancing, singing, and just fully embracing the fun vibes of their wedding at Crockwell Farm. They even threw in some professional DJ sets to keep the party vibes alive all night long!
Bride and Groom Look
Let’s take a moment to appreciate how stunning Sam and Tom looked. Sam’s dress from Wedding Belles of Four Oaks was a vision – stylish and absolutely made for her. She looked every bit the radiant bride, pairing her gown with shoes from Linzi for the ceremony. But, in a totally awesome and practical move, she switched into some fancy Crocs for the evening. Iconic!
Tom didn’t disappoint either. He looked sharp and dashing in his suit and shoes from Suit Direct, with his look perfectly complementing Sam’s. Together, they were an absolute vision of style and happiness.
Flowers
In a sweet and personal touch, Tom’s grandma arranged all the flowers for their wedding at Crockwell Farm. There was something so heartwarming about seeing the blooms that had been so lovingly created by someone so close to the couple. From the bouquets to the table arrangements, every floral detail added a gorgeous pop of colour to their wedding at Crockwell Farm.
Cake
Sam and Tom ditched the traditional cake in favour of something a bit more unique — a cheese wedding cake! Sourced from The Mousetrap Cheese Shop, this was a hit with all the guests. Who doesn’t love a mountain of delicious cheese to nibble on between dances? It was such a fun and quirky touch that suited the couple’s style perfectly.
Hair and Makeup
Sam’s hair and makeup were absolutely flawless, thanks to the talented hands of Elizabeth Jane Wedding Hair and Sophie Duffy Makeup. She looked stunning from start to finish, even after a full day of celebrating.
Bridesmaids Dresses
The bridesmaids, dressed in beautiful gowns from Azazie, brought even more style to the day. The colours and styles were perfectly chosen to complement the overall vibe, and they were an amazing support crew for Sam throughout.
Stationary
One of the loveliest personal touches was the stationery, which was designed and created by Sam and Tom themselves. From the invitations to the table names, every piece had their personal touch, making their wedding at Crockwell Farm feel even more special and unique.
