If you’re planning a wedding at Bourton Hall in Rugby, you’ll enjoy this classic wedding!
Hannah and Steve got married at the lovely Bourton Hall, which is such a picturesque wedding venue in Rugby with stunning grounds, with THE most perfect striped grass, (we’re just assuming its a permanent feature). It was one of the most fun weddings I’ve shot with an epic bunch of welcoming people, and even the weather played ball!
The Ceremony
The ceremony was in Bourton Hall’s own chapel which always feels so amazing. During the ceremony they had a couple of beautiful readings from friends and family alongside a live pianist to add to the vibe. It was really sweet.
It was pretty warm, so the drinks reception took place outside, and dinner was in the grand main hall at Bourton Hall – We’ve been here twice now, and we love this venue because the light is gorgeous for portraits and candids. The dark wood in the grand hall lends itself to some awesome contrast behind bright light and it’s EXCITING! Weddings at Bourton Hall are usually pretty amazing, because the grounds are completely stunning.
Why Bourton Hall is a great place to get married
Bourton Hall is really peaceful and secluded, and is one of the loveliest places to get married in Rugby. It’s a huge stately home vibe, but actually feels really intimate inside, with such a lovely natural flow. The venue offers loads of onsite bedrooms so guests don’t have to leave early, the honeymoon suite is absolutely incredible (the bathroom is bigger than our house I swear) – and there so many incredible backdrops that are perfect for photos.
