Danish Camp DIY Wedding Photography – Megan & Scott

DIY Danish Camp Wedding Bedfordshire with Megan and Scott

It’s not every day you get to shoot a wedding in the very village you call home, but we love a Danish Camp Wedding! We know the Danish Camp very well as we have shot two short films there, know the owners really well and walk our dog there often. It’s an amazing beautiful, little corner of the world that for this day, Megan and Scott made their own. Tucked away by the river Ouse, surrounded by beautiful English countryside – what a place for an awesome party and a proper Danish Camp Wedding!

Megan and Scott really DIY’d this one, creating their own and look for the wedding day. They created all of the decorations, including jam jars and ‘The Hobbit’ features (massive fan over here), and they made their own bouquets from buckets of wild flowers. DIY can always be a risk, but this wedding looked eclectic and overall very personal; a lovely reflection of the new Mr. and Mrs.

You’ll see from these photographs that Megan and Scott are just made for one another. It’s such a beautiful thing when a bride and groom are so naturally real and relaxed together, especially when they’re in front of my camera!
